NoMorePly^® Primer is a Premium latex based waterproof primer

Waterproof Fibre Cement Board SBR Primer is used to seal the surface of NoMorePly^® boards to improve the bonding strength of the tile adhesive. The primer helps to reflect heat which enhances the insulation value of NoMorePly. This also makes it better for use with underfloor heating.  It provides a waterproof coating to make it ideal for use in wet rooms and bathrooms

Fibre Cement Board Primer can also be used as a Bond Bridge slurry coat (when mixed appropriately)

A bond bridge slurry coat is used for bedding. When laying a residential driveway or patio, the bond bridge can help ensure sound adhesion of 2cm porcelain slabs.

The rapid growth in the use of porcelain or vitrified paving has made the use of a Bond Bridge more or less essential. Porcelain slabs  are practically impermeable and so it can be difficult to achieve good adhesion between flag and bedding.  Porcelain slabs must be coated with a Bond Bridge (primer coat or slurry seal) prior to installation.

The application of a suitable bond bridge or primer coat is also proving to be a very effective barrier to the migration of moisture and mineral salts through relatively porous stone.

The approximate SBR slurry mix ratio is 1 part SBR: 1 part water: 5 parts cement (by volume). 

Fibre Cement Board Primer can also be used as an adhesive additive for extra flexibility or as a general usage construction primer.

APPLICATION: The product should be applied using a brush or roller and scrubbed well into the surface to avoid pooling. Allow to fully dry. For multi-coats, ensure each coat dries before you apply the next.
