Delivery cost are calculated via weight and delivery post code.

We pride ourselves on our customer service, and, therefore, we have worked hard to ensure we have several delivery options at our disposal to suit every customers needs.
This includes:
Sample Delivery - Free
Courier Service up to 25kg
Over 25kg Kerbside delivery
Some delivery options are unavailable for certain areas/products
Large format tiles that weigh less that 25kg may not be safely shipped via some services.
Sample Orders:
Sample orders are sent out via Royal Mail or by Courier service.
Only 1 x sample per product per customer and or household is allowed for free delivery.
Placing multiple sample orders using different names and/or addresses i.e. to friends/neighbours is also not allowed for free delivery, any such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Additional delivery charges may apply when ordering other products with Samples.
Certain areas may be limted to 2kg total weight for free sample delivery. Additional charges may apply if weight exceeds 2kg.
Orders upto 25kg
Orders upto 25kg are wrapped, packed and sent out by a courier service.
All deliveries require a date for delivery to be selected at the checkout.
Orders Over 25kg or Large Format Tiles:
Orders over 25kg will be packed at our discretion either via a boxed courier service and/or packed and wrapped onto a pallets, delivered and offloaded using a pallet truck.
Please ensure you make prior arrangements for placement and storage.
All deliveries require a date for delivery to be selected at the checkout. (excluding samples)

Express - 3 Working Days
Priority - 2 Working Days
Bathroom Furniture & Accessories:
Certain products are only available on Click & Collect
Some Items may be delivered direct from the manufacture.
Delivery days may be limited to certain days due to the size/weight of the product ordered.
Short Terms:
Delivery Days/Hours are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends.
To be eligible for some services, order must be placed before 1pm.
Any order placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day.
Some Postcodes are liable to pay an extra delivery charge.
